Flower packaging for brands and cultivators
Cultivators and brands with flower but no packaging line use JIT to turn bulk into retail SKUs. Every unit is precision-weighed, filled, sealed, labeled with your compliant artwork, and COA'd in our licensed Sacramento facility, then tracked in METRC and manifested for transfer.
We run indoor, mixed light, and sungrown tiers, and the same line packages our own Zippers value flower and MÁS eighths, so the process is exercised daily on product that sells through licensed retail across California.
Formats, materials, and what's included
Eighths go into child-resistant glass jars with a full-color label; half-ounces and ounces go into mylar. Packaging labor is a flat per-unit rate that includes five touch points — setting up the jar or bag, weighing, filling, closing or sealing, and applying the COA — with each additional step at $0.10 per unit.
Materials are priced separately with volume breaks at 2k, 5k, and 10k units, and material pricing includes shipping. Custom mylar carries a 2,000-unit MOQ; custom boxes 1,000.

What flower formats do you package?

Can you package prerolls from the same flower?

Do I need a California cannabis license to order?
Yes. JIT Distro is a business-to-business manufacturer and distributor operating under a California DCC Microbusiness license, so we can only manufacture for operators holding an active California cannabis license. Cannabis licensing is state-bounded — we do not ship product outside California.
Is the production run METRC compliant?
Yes. Every run is manufactured, packaged, and tested under our DCC license, tracked in METRC, and manifested for transfer. Finished goods arrive labeled, COA'd, and compliant, ready to distribute to your retail partners.
